The location is marvellous and convenient, to everything in Big Rapids. It's really close to the " downtown " of the town, and Big Rapids shopping district. The hotel rooms are huge and spotless for the air from air conditioner.

Is it really that good? My take
And we were really surprised by the cleanliness of our room. The price was also hard to beat!
Sadly, there were concerns regarding safety with unsecured doors. The décor felt outdated.

Not really what I'd recommend for families
So first off the staff was friendly which is refreshing in these times, even saw one of them kindly dealin' with an abusive customer just before me, props to them for that. And the second day breakfast was hot, but you had to ask for plates like they thought they could just clean up early.
It wasn't cheap by any means but I guess it's acceptable for what you get.
