Just a good pick for an overnight stopping in Big Rapids and great for the money. The breakfast was fantastic with big pieces of sausage and eggs. Make sure to check out the breakfast options.

Is it really that good? my take

The friendly staff made our stay enjoyable, and we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of our room. The price was also hard to beat!

Sadly, there were concerns regarding safety with unsecured doors. The décor felt outdated, making the property appear less inviting than expected.

Not really what I'd recommend for families

So first off the staff was friendly which is refreshing in these times, even saw one of them kindly dealin' with an abusive customer just before me, props to them for that. And the second day breakfast was hot, but you had to ask for plates like they thought they could just clean up early.

It wasn’t cheap by any means but I guess it's acceptable for what you get.
